There is a certain distinction in the professional opus of Aleksandar Kesar which distinguishes him from other coaches in the business and projects him into another league. As a matter of fact, Aleksandar was fortunate enough to experience all levels of the coaching profession: work with young people, independent work in various clubs within the national championship, etc. Somewhere down the line he has become possibly the best European expert in the scouting of the rival, and analysis of his own game. He has gained a priceless knowledge of competing within the EUROLEAGUE (5 years in a row), participated in winning of championship titles (5 years in a row). For years he has worked within a big European club –Belgrade Partizan and Ural Great which each have couple of millions of supporters and within each game there is an obligation to deliver the victory (work under pressure). He has coached the players who are now pillars within the most important European clubs (Pekovic, Tepic – Panathinaikos, Velickovic – Real Madrid, Teodosic – Olimpiakos, Krstic – NBA Oklahoma, Perović - Valensia, Tripković, Bogdanović - Huventud, Rakočević - Efes Pilsen, Vujanić - Mursija, Miličić NBA New York, and many others...). Aleksandar Kesar has shown a continuity of work within the senior national team (he has worked as both the coach and a director of a scouting system.) He has the important experience of the independent leadership of the national representative selection (as a head coach) through a big competition to obtaining the medals (gold - universiade Beograd 2009 and silver- universiade Bangkok 2007 ).
