Was one of the best prospects of his age group in Europe. Member of the Italian National Junior National Team. Played in the 2000 Junior European Championship held in Zadar. Tall and a light body structure (a ''Gregor Fucka'' type). David is nice to watch and is effective. Has skills, can handle the ball, even at high speed, passes the ball well and possesses a good shooting range. Has a good three-point shot with a soft touch and a very high release that allows him to take his shot over any opponent. Thanks to his deep and very quick first step, he has effective one-on-one moves from the perimeter. Agile and dynamic, goes well to the offensive boards. With his height and wingspan he is an effective shot-blocker. During the 2001-2002 season, after starting for the Vienna Lions at the Saporta Cup level re-joined his former team Kinder Bologna gaining more and more playing time despite his young age. Played the 2003-2004 season with Kinder. Started the 2004-05 with Conad Rimini and later moved to Ferrara. Having the best season of his career with Imola in 2005-06, where he is averaging 12,9 ppg, 6,7 rpg while shooting 42,5% from the “3”. Had another excellent season with Fabriano the following year. Signed for the 2007-2008 season with Pavia and later moved to Caserta where he shot 47% form from the "3". David was the key to Caserta's promotion to A1. This past summer signed a two year deal with Caserta.
