Eric Boateng is a 6’11, 260 pound center who is exceptionally strong and very fundamentally sound.  Eric was one of the nation's most improved players in 2009-2010. He averaged 8.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and shot a Pac-10 best 66.5 percent (117-of-176) from the field in his senior season (2009-10) including a league-best .660 (68-of-103) in Pac-10 games. Eric posted 12 games of double-digit points during his senior season.  Eric had some great games late in his senior year, including a 16 point, 14 rebound, three assist, four block effort with no turnovers in 34 minutes vs. UCLA.  Had a career-best 24 points at Stanford on Feb. 25 when he matched the Pac-10 record for field goal percentage in a single game, as he was 11-of-11 from the field, the only player in the NCAA to go perfect in more than 10 field goal attempts in a game during the year. In his final 13 games he shot 69.8 percent from the floor (60-of-86) and averaged 11.2 points and 8.8 boards.  He is a citizen of Great Britain and a member of the National Team.
