Can pass, shoot and drive to the basket...considered a key to the success of Orlando Magic's team when he played there...scoring ability will allow the coaches to move him to the off-guard position if the need arises... In college he ranked first in the USA NCAA Sun Belt Conference in scoring. Ranked 3rd in the Sun Belt Conference in Assists. Ranked first in the Sun Belt Conference in overall evaluation. After beginning the 2001-02 season with the Vancouver Grizzlies Carlos was signed in late december by Spanish powerhouse Taugres Victoria. He came back to NBA for the 2002-03 season signing with Utah. Played for Puerto Rico in the 2002 World Championship. Carlos had a great 2003-04 season where he was the starting point guard for the Utah Jazz. Moved to the Detroit Pistons in the middle of the 2004-05 season. Signed the next three seasons with the Orlando Magics. After one season in Israel with Maccabi Tel Aviv, he signed a two years contract with Miami Heat. Last season he moved to Turkey where he played for Besiktas, where he had a great season winning the EuroChallenge, the Turkish Cup and the Turkish League. He's also been named All-Turkish League Guard of the Year 2012.
