MoraBanc Andorra (Spanish Liga Endesa) tabbed 23-year old Senegalese international center Moussa Diagne. He played most recently at FC Barcelona in Spanish Liga Endesa. Diagne managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). In 15 Liga Endesa games he averaged just 2.9ppg and 3.1rpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.
