It was a nice night Buenos Aires where Obras Basket  defeated Penarol  90-82 on Tuesday. Dominican Victor Liz scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners 
Penarol's coach Marcelo Macias let to play twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Obras Basket will face Regatas Corrientes  on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Penarol will play against Salta Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
