BK Levicki Patrioti (SBL) agreed terms with 25-year old Slovenian international guard Miha Vasl. He played last season at Chalons-Reims in French ProA. In 34 games he had 4.8ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.4apg.The previous (15-16) season Vasl played at Zlatorog (Telemach League) in Slovenia. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 35 Telemach League games he recorded 13.0ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.7apg and 1.0spg. Vasl helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Slovenian League 2nd Team, All-Star Game and All-Domestic Players Team. Vasl also played 6 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he averaged remarkable 17.2ppg, 2.8rpg, 3.7apg and 1.5spg. He also played 8 games in Alpe-Adria-Cup where he got 8.6ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.8apg. Vasl contributed to his team making it to the cup final.He has been also a member of Slovenian international program for some years. Vasl has regularly played for Slovenian senior team since 2016 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2010.He represented Slovenia at the European Championships U20 in Slovenia five years ago. Vasl's team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 4 games: 0pts.Vasl has played also professionally in Slovenia (Hopsi Polzela).
