A well talented, versatile and team oriented basketball player with very good court awareness. Douglas Mills is a true shooter  lights out , good passer, plays defense and his specialty is  clutch time . Can play both guard positions. Crafty with the ball! Good floater finisher both with the left and right.His training from an early age was done by the legendary coach Miguel Mercado.
Mentally: Smart, aggressive, competitive, trustworthy, and coachable.
Physically: Good reactions and has a reliable defense.
