Last Week American guard Brandon Anyanwu was tied for the best scorer of the day in the world with the 32 points he had in the Albanian league. Anyanwu graduated from Bluefield State University in 2021. Despite his strong performance, his team Fieri lost to the Elbasani 77 to 88. He also grabbed 6 rebounds, got 2 blocks, 1 steal and 1 assist that game. Among many awards he was selected to the Eurobasket All Armenian League A First Team back in 2022. Anyanwu was also selected as the Eurobasket All Albanian Superliga Honorable Mention in 2024.
