BK Khimik-OPZ Yuhzny (Ukrainian Superleague) signed 26-year old Virgin Islander international guard Deon Edwin. He played last season at KTP Basket in Finnish Korisliiga. In 44 games he had very impressive stats: 15.4ppg, 6.2rpg, 2.2apg and 1.2spg. He was also named League Player of the Week.The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Edwin's college team won MAC Tournament in 2017. He was also voted MAC All-Defensive Team in 2017. Edwin has been regularly called to U.S. Virgin Islands Senior National Team since 2012.He graduated from Kent State in 2017 and it will be his second season as a professional player.
