Dominican Rep. Luis Montero  put on an amazing game in the last round for Cocodrilos de Caracas, receiving a Player of the Week award for round 22.The 32-year old player had a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Diablos (#10, 4-8) 96-81. Cocodrilos maintains the 4th position in Venezuelan SPB. 
Montero just recently signed at Cocodrilos, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former South Plains College star has very solid stats this year. Montero is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 10.4rpg), assists (8th best: 4.3apg) and averages impressive 2.3spg and 64.9% FGP.
