Venezuelan SPB Piratas de la Guaira has decided to reinforce its roster by signing Bosnian international forward Milan Milosevic. In 2020-21 Milosevic  played for Al Khor in Qatar, where he was the leading scorer of the D1 League with 27.7 ppg. He has also averaged 15 rpg, 2.8 apg and 1.3 spg. In March 2022 he signed at Buyukcekmece Basket Basketball Kulubu  in Turkish BSL where he collected 10.0ppg and 5.5rpg.
