Newly promoted Real Betis Energia Plus Sevilla (SpanishLiga Endesa) landed 24-year old Turk international point guard Kenan Sipahi. He has a double citizenship as he also holds Kosovan passport. Sipahi has played for the last three years at Besiktas in Turkish BSL league. In 27 games he averaged 6.4ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.5apg and 1.1spg last season. Sipahi also played 13 games in Basketball Champions League where he had 4.5ppg, 2.4rpg, 2.8apg and 1.6spg.Among other achievements Sipahi's team made it to the Turkish Cup Final Four in 2016 and 2018. He was selected to Turkish League All-Star Game in 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2018.Sipahi has been also a member of Turkish international program for some years. He has regularly played for Turkish senior team since 2013 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2014.Sipahi represented Turkey at the European Championships two years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 4.5ppg, 2.8rpg, 1.5apg, 1.3spg.Sipahi has played also professionally for other Turkish teams like Tofas, Pinar Karsiyaka and Fenerbahce.
