Avtodor Saratov landed 30-year old American swingman Reggie Williams . He supposed to play at San Antonio Spurs in the NBA. The most of last season Williams spent at OKC Blue in D-League. In 13 games he averaged impressive 16.8ppg, 5.3rpg, 3.3apg and 1.1spg. He also spent pre-season at the Heat in NBA earlier this year.The previous (2014) summer Williams played at San Miguel Beermen (PBA) in Filipino league. In 10 games he had very remarkable stats: 29.1ppg, 9.2rpg, 5.3apg and 1.4spg in 2014 season. Part of previous (13-14) season he spent at the Thunder in NBA. In three games he had 3.7ppg in 2013-14 season. Williams was also tried-out by the Rockets in NBA earlier that season.
In 2008 he was drafted by Pittsburgh Xplosion (CBA) in fifth round (23rd overall).
Williams attended Virginia Military Institute and it is his eighth season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements his team made it to the Spanish ACB final in 2012. Williams received also Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Governor's Cup 2nd Team award in 2014.
He is a very experienced player. Williams has played also professionally in France (JDA Dijon), NBA (Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Hornets), D-League (Sioux Falls Skyforce) and Spain (Laboral Kutxa).
