Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi (Turkish TBL) landed 31-year old Slovenian international shooting guard Sasha Vujacic. He started the season at Laboral Kutxa in Spanish Liga Endesa, where in 10 games he averaged 5.4ppg and 1.3rpg. Vujacic also played 8 games in Euroleague where he had 4.9ppg and 1.9rpg. The last season he played at the Clippers in NBA. The previous (12-13) season Vujacic played at Anadolu Efes. In 18 games he had 12.7ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.4apg and 1.6spg in 2012-13 season. He helped them to make it to the cup final. Vujacic also played 24 games in Euroleague where he had 9.1ppg and 3.0rpg in 2012-13 season. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals. In 2004 Vujacic was drafted by Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) in first round (27th overall).
Among other achievements he played in the final of Turkish League in 2012. Vujacic was selected to Turkish League All-Star Game in 2013. He was a member of Slovenian international program for some years. Vujacic was called to Slovenian Senior National Team between 2006 and 2009 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2002. He has played also professionally in Italy (Udinese), NBA (LA Lakers and Brooklyn Nets) and Slovenia (Hopsi Polzela).
