The game in Wulguru was really  interesting. Fifth ranked Adelaide 36ers played at the court of 7th ranked Townsville Crocodiles. Adelaide 36ers managed to secure a 5-point victory 108-103 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 52-39 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Adelaide 36ers made 33-of-43 free shots (76.7 percent) during the game, while Townsville Crocodiles only scored eleven points from the stripe.
The best player for the winners was American-Ukrainian point guard  Jerome Randle  who scored 34 points and 6 assists.
The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Adelaide 36ers. They moved-up to fourth place. Townsville Crocodiles lost their third game in a row. They  keep the seventh position with 15 games lost. Adelaide 36ers will face league's leader United in Melbourne in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Townsville Crocodiles will play at home against New Zealand Breakers (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
