Cypriot team AEL Limassol decided to reinforce their roster by adding the 5.8 American Point Guard/Guard Jamie Cherry. 

Jamie played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where on her senior year she collected 15.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game.

On her rookie season she moved to Australia, where she played for Perry Lakes Hawks. In 2019-20 she signed at AO Dafni Agioy Dimitriou in the Greek top division, where she averaged 14.2ppg, 3.6rpg and 3.9apg.
