Qatari team Al-Arabi strengthened their roster with addition of 30-year old American power forward Terrence Jones. Jones was drafted in 2012 by Houston Rockets (NBA) in first round (18th overall). He attended University of Kentucky and it is his tenth season in pro basketball.Jones is quite experienced player. Thanks to Jones' pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in five different countries. He has played previously professionally in China (Eagles), Philippines (TNT Ka Tropa), Puerto Rico (Mets), NBA (New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee Bucks) and NBA G League (Santa Cruz Warriors, Rio Grande Valley Vipers and College Park SkyHawks).The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the Puerto Rican BSN Semifinals in 4020. Jones was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Commissioner's Cup Import Player of the Year back in 2019.
