Italian Alma Basket Patti signed 34-year old Senegalese-French ex-international power forward Oumou Toure (190cm-86kg). Toure started the season with Eurocup team Elazig Il Ozel Idare in Turkish KBSL, then she moved to Union Sportive La Glacerie (French LF2) where she averaged 15.1 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 1 apg.
She ended the previous season at Villeneuve D'Ascq in French LFB , but the most of that year she spent at CTL Zaglebie Sosnowiec in Polish EBLK. In 12 games she averaged 8.4ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.0apg.
Toure also represented Senegal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) six years ago. 
She has played also professionally in Israel (Ashdod and Ramla), France (Mondeville, Hainaut, Toulouse, Perpignan and Reze) and Ecuador (Santa Maria).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others her team made it to the French LF2 Semifinals in 2016. Toure was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French LF2 2nd Team back in 2019.
