Aloysius Anagonye finished in 2003 his collegiate career as the third all-time leading shot blocker in Michigan State history with 88. Also ranked sixth all-time in career field goal percentage (.569) and fourth in games played (133).  Started his professional career in Europe at the Euroleague level with Olimpija Ljubljana averaging 18.9 mpg 6.8 ppg and 4.8 rpg. Since then has always played in a few of the most competitive European leagues such as the Italian serie A where he spent the 2004-05 season with Villaggio Solidago Livorno, averaging 11.5 ppg and 8.1 rpg. In 2005 played in  the Spanish ACB with DKV Joventut Badalona averaging 6.2 points and 2.8 rebounds. The next season was drafted by Drafted by Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League,2rd (18)) that season he averaged  10.2ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.4apg. That year also played for Montegranaro (Italy serie A) averaged  7.2ppg, 4.7rpg, 1.3spg. Spent the following year in the French Pro A with Entente Orleans averaged: 9.9ppg, 5.6rpg, 1.1apg. Last basketball season played for Galil Gilboa an Israeli Premier League Team where he registered 5.5 ppg and 4.30 rpg. He also holds the Nigerian passport and is a key member of the Nigerian National team since 2006.
