Amazing Marko Car: 35 points and 13 rebounds in Austrian first division

The game held last Sunday in Furstenfeld was quite interesting. 5th ranked Vienna played at the court of seventh ranked  Furstenfeld Panthers. Furstenfeld Panthers  defeated Vienna 89-78 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by  Furstenfeld Panthers. Vienna managed to win fourth quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.  Furstenfeld Panthers made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 59.1 percentage.

Croatian  Marko Car fired a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners.

Furstenfeld Panthers maintains seventh place with 11-13 record. Loser Vienna keeps the fifth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Arkadia.  Furstenfeld Panthers will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Vienna will play against Raiffeisen Wels (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
