The game in Manama was quite interesting. Third ranked Al-Ahli played at the court of 6th ranked Al-Ittihad. Al-Ahli managed to secure a 6-point victory 70-64 on Thursday. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Quinton Doggett who delivered 14 points and 15 rebounds for the winning side. Al-Ahli have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Al-Nweidrat.  Al-Ahli will meet at home Al-Riffa (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Al-Ittihad will play against Al-Bahrain and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
