TBL top team - Banvit BK (8-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat Trabzonspor (1-8) in Balikesir 94-78. The game was mostly controlled by Banvit BK. Trabzonspor was better in third quarter 24-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Banvit BK shot the lights out from three nailing 16 long-distance shots on high 57.1 percentage.
The American guard Keith Simmons chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds for the winners, for a final evaluation index of 21.
Banvit BK will play against Usak (#4) on the road in the next round.
