Ante Masic joins Ikaros

After the recent signing of Ryan Richards, another Interperformances player is headed to Greece as the Croatian 6'7” small forward Ante Masic have just joined Ikaros Kalliotheas team. Last season Ante played first with Cibona (A1) where in 6 Eurocup games he had 7.5ppg and 1.7rpg. Then he moved to Cedevita Zagreb where he averaged 4.5 ppg and 1.6 rpg. The previous season Masic played at KK Zagreb. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 7 A1 games he recorded 11.7ppg and 3.6rpg. Masic also played 9 games in Euroleague where he recorded 3.3ppg and 2.0rpg. He also played 25 games in Adriatic League where he recorded 6.8ppg and 2.9rpg. Masics team won Croatian Supercup. The list of the past achievements is quite long as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Croatian A1 League Bosman Player of the Year in 2011. Masic represented Bosnia at the Qualifications to European Championships 2013 last year. He has played previously professionally in Slovenia (Zlatorog) and Bosnia (Brotnjo, Posusje and HKK Zrinjski HT Mostar).
