Wednesday was a memorable day for the Cypriot Basketball and particularly for InterCollege Etha Engomis that overcame the German test, knocking out the Artland Dragons and reaching the EuroChallenge regular season, for the first time in the team's history.
In a heart breaking game, the 6'9” powerforward/center Anthony King had an excellent performance, delivering 18 points and catching 10 rebounds. Anthony joined Etha last season, where he brought the team to the Cypriot semifinals, being also named Forward of the year.
With its victory Etha advances to the 7th group of the EuroChallenge where it will meet against Apoel, Zantar (Croatia) and the Turkish Pinar.
