Huracanes del Atlantico (Dominican LNB) strengthened their roster with addition of 28-year old American forward Anthony Young. He played in the summer at Capitanes de Arecibo in Puerto Rican BSN league. In 9 games he recorded 12.6ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.2apg. The last season Young played at Larre Borges in Uruguayan LUB where in 32 games he was the best scorer with impressive 25.4ppg and had 6.7rpg, 4.2apg and 1.4spg. Great season indeed as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Uruguay LUB 1st Team, All-Imports Team and to the All-Star Game.He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Young's pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America) in four different countries. Young has played previously professionally in Argentina (Penarol), Germany (ETB Wohnbau and BSV Wulfen), Venezuela (Gigantes) and Uruguay (Bigua, U Universitario and Montevideo BC).He attended Kentucky Wesleyan College until 2012 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
