Antibes land Matthew Bryan-Amaning, ex London Lions

Sharks Antibes (ProA) landed 25-year old British international forward Matthew Bryan-Amaning. He has a double citizenship as he also holds Ghanian passport.
Bryan-Amaning already started the season at London Lions in British BBL league. In three games he averaged impressive 20.3ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.3apg and 2.3bpg this season. The last season he played at Radnicki in Serbian league. In 23 Adriatic League games he had 8.2ppg and 3.6rpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The previous (11-12) season Bryan-Amaning played at Hacettepe (TBL) in Turkish league. In 30 games he had 12.4ppg, 4.9rpg, 2.0spg (in top 3) and 1.3bpg that season. It was a very successful year in his career as he was selected to Eurobasket.com Turkish League All-Defensive Team. Among other achievements Bryan-Amaning's college team won Pac-10 Tournament for two years in a row (2010 and 2011). He received also All-Pac-10 Most Improved Player of the Year award and NABC Division I All-District 20 1st Team award in 2011. Bryan-Amaning represented United Kingdom at the Qualifications to European Championships 2011 three years ago. Bryan-Amaning graduated from University of Washington in 2011 and it is his third season in pro basketball.
