American Shooting guard Walter Baxleyhad an amazing evening in the last round for Quilmes MP, receiving a Latinbasket.com Player of the Week award for round 21.
The 31-year old player was the main contributor (42 points, seven rebounds and two assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Ferrocarril O.  89-83.
In the team's last game Baxley had a remarkable 68.4% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Quilmes MP and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Former Mars Hill College star has very solid stats this year. Baxley is in league's top in points (2nd best: 20.2ppg) and averages impressive 50.9% FGP.
