Oliwia Lepkowska has signed with Ariano Irpino for the 2026-27 Italy Serie B season. The Polish point guard has played in Italy's Serie B since 2024, previously representing Viagrande Catania, Angri Pallacanestro, Basket Finale Emilia and NPC Sporthub Rieti. During the 2024-25 season, she averaged 7.3 points per game in 12 appearances with Viagrande Catania, while in 2025-26 she recorded 6.5 points per game in two games with Basket Finale Emilia. Lepkowska will now continue her career with Ariano Irpino in Serie B.
