6'5” point guard Ariel Filloy has signed a deal with the Italian LegaDue team Carmatic Pistoia. Ariel was born in Cordoba Argentina in 1987 but also has an Italian passport. He gained experience in Italy with the Rimini Crabs, where he played four years. Last season Ariel played with Scafati Basket, Legadue, averaging 6.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.9 steals in 26 competitions.
In Pistoia Filloy will join two other Interperformances players who already signed with the club: the 7'1” power forward/small forward Gregor Fucka and the 6'7” guard/small forward Janis Porzingis.
