6.5 American guard Aubrey McAlpine has signed in Azerbaijan. Aubrey is an explosive guard that can dunk on anybody but also hit the mid-range and the 3 pt, Aubrey has very good ball control and can also cover the point guard position, where he can overpower any opponent, forcing the help to find the open man. Thanks to his leaping ability, Aubrey is also a good rebounder
Prior to joining the team in Azerbaijan, McAlpine played for the Iraqi team Air Force Club and the Georgian Superleague's BC Vera, where he averaged 17.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. He has also played professionally in Australia and Georgia, and has received various awards throughout his career, including being named to the Eurobasket.com All-Georgian League Honorable Mention in 2016.
McAlpine began his professional career after a successful college career at Robert Morris University Illinois, where he played until 2013.
