Barac re-signs at Palma
Iberostar Palma de Mallorca (Spanish LEB Gold) confirmed in their roster 27-year old Croatian ex-international forward Boris Barac. Barac is a dual citizen owning also Bosnia and Herzegovina passport. He played there also last season. In 17 LEB Gold games he recorded 10.1ppg and 4.2rpg. Barac helped them to make it to the final.The previous (17-18) season he played at CEZ Nymburk (NBL) in Czech Republic league where in 39 games he averaged 9.3ppg and 3.5rpg. Barac also played 11 games in Basketball Champions League where he had 4.6ppg and 2.0rpg.The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Barac won Czech Republic League championship title in 2018. He was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League Honorable Mention in 2017.Barac was also a member of Croatian international program for some years. He played for Croatian Senior National Team two years ago and previously for U19 National Team back in 2011.Barac represented Croatia at the European Championships U20 in Bilbao (Spain) eight years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 10.9ppg, 5.4rpg, 1.4apg, FGP: 38.5%, 3PT: 33.3%, FT: 57.1%.Barac has played also professionally in Portugal, Croatia (Cibona and KK Zadar) and Bosnia (Siroki Primorka, Grude and Siroki II Eronet).
