In a decisive phase of the season, Basket Girls Ancona announced the agreement with an international level player, Ukrainian guard Vita Horobets. Vita is considered one of the best players in her country. She has experience in the National team having played in all the European Youth Championships (under 16, 18 and 20) and she's currently a member of the National senior team with which she participated in the 2017 and 2019 European Championships.In the last season you played in the Prometey in Kiev until the end of January, also participating in the Eurocup. For the well-known reasons related to the war, Vita went to Latvia where she played in the Daugavpils. Now she's ready to begin her new adventure with Basket Girls where she will start playing today at Palascherma against Magika CS Pietro. We would like to thank BIG Management for the collaboration into finalising this deal.
