The Saski Baskonia triumphed in the 2026 Copa del Rey, defeating Real Madrid 100-89 in the Valencia final on February 22 to claim their seventh title after 17 years.

Kobi Simmons, who joined Baskonia as a key guard reinforcement earlier this season, is part of the victorious roster that lifted the trophy. 

Averaging 10.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in Liga Endesa action this year, Simmons has been integral to the team's campaign amid their domestic success.

His presence strengthens Baskonia's backcourt as they shift focus back to EuroLeague contention.
