Shooting night in the 14th round of the Israeli regular season for the 6'11” center Ben Strong. In the match against Elitzur Yavne, Ben proved his worth leading the two teams both in scoring and rebounds. Strong had a perfect double-double, collecting 25 points and grabbing 15 rebounds for Hapoel Tivon, with a final valuation index of 33!
The 6.11” American player started the 2011/2012 in Holland, then in December he moved to Hapoel Tivon. Ben spent the last two seasons in Israel where he played for one of the top European leagues, Maccabi Haifa.
He played college basketball at Guilford, where he averaged in his senior year 25.8 ppg and10.8 rpg.
