28-year old forward Perris Blackwell had a great game in the last round for league's best team Cordon and receives an Interperformances Metropolitan Player of the Week award for round 4 (Second Stage).He had a double-double of 22 points and 20 rebounds, while his team beat Penarol (12-4) 78-67. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Cordon to consolidate first place in the Uruguayan Metropolitan. 
Blackwell turned to be Cordon's top player in his first season with the team. The University of Washington graduate has very impressive stats this year. Blackwell is in league's top in points (5th best: 19.5ppg) and averages solid 2.1bpg and 62.5% FGP.
