Boulogne signs Matthew Bryan-Amaning

SO Maritime Boulogne (ProB) signed 26-year old British ex-international forwardMatthew Bryan-Amaning. He is a dual citizen owning also Ghanian passport. Bryan-Amaning just played at Sharks Antibes in French ProA. In 24 ProB games he had 10.9ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.3apg and 1.2spg this season. He also played at London Lions (BBL) in British league earlier that season, where he recorded very impressive stats: 20.3ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.3apg and 2.3bpg. The last season Bryan-Amaning played at Radnicki in Serbian league. In 23 Adriatic League games he recorded 8.2ppg and 3.6rpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. The previous (11-12) season Bryan-Amaning played at Hacettepe (TBL) in Turkish league. In 30 games he recorded 12.4ppg, 4.9rpg, 2.0spg (in top 3) and 1.3bpg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com Turkish League All-Defensive Team. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his college team won Pac-10 Tournament for two years in a row (2010 and 2011). Bryan-Amaning was also voted All-Pac-10 Most Improved Player of the Year and NABC Division I All-District 20 1st Team back in 2011. He represented United Kingdom at the Qualifications to European Championships 2011 four years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 1.0ppg, 1.5rpg.
