Lugano Snakes get a dominating player in the paint signing the 6'10” center Byron Sanders. He was one of the few players in Europe, playing for Tundja Yambol in Bulgaria last year, to average a double-double in points scored (12.5 ppg) and rebounds (10.8 rpg) and shooting 56.9% from the field. He was named Defensive Player of the Year and was the leading rebounder and shot blocker in the league. In the Lugano Snakes he will join the Swiss National Team guard Dusan Mladjan.
