He then ventured into professional basketball, playing in various leagues across the globe. From Spain's Liga Endesa with FIATC Joventut Badalona to Turkey's TBL with Turk Telekom Ankara and Cholet Basket in France's ProA, Devoe's versatility was on display. He continued his journey with stints in leagues such as Montenegro's Erste Liga with KK Buducnost Voli Podgorica, Israel's Winner League with Maccabi Kiryat Gat, and Greece's A1 with A.G.O Rethymno Aegean. Devoe also made his mark in Finland's Korisliiga with BC Nokia, showcasing his scoring prowess. His career took him further to Bandirma Kirmizi in Turkey's TBL before moving to WKS Slask Wroclaw in Poland's EBL. He then played for CSO Voluntari in Romania's Liga Nationala, contributing significantly to their success.
