Castel Carugate (Italian Serie A2) agreed terms with 26-year old Italian forward Emily Correal. She is a dual citizen owning also American passport. Correal played last season at San Giovanni in Italian Serie A1. In 13 games she had 10.2ppg and 7.2rpg. Serie A2 will be definitely a better match and she can see more playing time. Correal also played that season for BCF Elfic Fribourg Basket in Swiss league where in 5 Eurocup games she recorded 8.0ppg and 4.6rpg. She was a member of Italian Senior National Team two years ago. Correal has played previously professionally also in Sweden (Lulea Basket) and Italy (C.U.S. Cagliari and Di Lupari). She attended College of William & Mary until 2013 and it will be her fourth season as a professional player.
