Interperformances is pleased to announce that guard Aliyah Matharu has signed with Mersin Basketball for the upcoming season in the Turkish Kadinlar 1. Ligi. During her standout 2023-24 collegiate campaign with the Florida Gators, she averaged 19.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.7 steals, and 2.4 assists per game, reaching double figures in scoring in 29 of 30 games played. Matharu previously earned Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honors at Texas and crossed the 1,000 career points milestone while recording a career-high 35-point performance. Her proven perimeter scoring, elite defensive play, and overall court leadership will serve as a key asset for Mersin's backcourt.
