Bipa Basket Odessa  strengthened their roster with addition of 23-year old American guard Chris Carter. He just graduated from Florida Tech. Carter played 21 games in SSC where he averaged 14.0ppg, 4.9rpg, 3.8apg and 1.8spg.
As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it will be his first season in pro basketball. Carter received All-SSC 2nd Team award in 2013 at his college time.
