He led his Russian team Unics Kazan to an easy victory against the league outsider Kalev/Cramo crushing them 104-78 in the VTB United League on Sunday night. Colom scored 12 points and added 9 passes. Unics Kazan is placed third in the VTB United League. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Colom has relatively good stats this season: 14.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 5.0apg, 2FGP: 54.5%, 3FGP: 66.7%. He played for the Spanish national team in 2016.

Another great Spanish performer was the international center David Doblas of Estudiantes Concordia agaisnt the leading Guaros in the group C of Liga Sudamericana. Doblas recorded 11 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 25 minutes. It was his first game with the team this season. There are only two games left until the end of the Liga Sudamericana Preliminary Round. So now every game will be critical.
