Turkish TBL team Royal Hali Gaziantep agreed terms with 25-year old American guard Cory Higgins. Last season he played at Triumph in Russian VTB league. In 15 EuroChallenge games he had very impressive stats: 17.9ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.4apg and 1.0spg. He helped them to make it to the final. Quite impressive season as he was received an All-EuroChallenge Honorable Mention. Higgins also played 22 games in VTB United League where he recorded also remarkable stats: 20.3ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.5apg and 1.1spg. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.  Higgins spent the 2012-13 season with the Erie Bay Hawks in D-League. In 30 games he recorded high stats: 18.5ppg, 4.3rpg, 2.5apg and 1.3spg. He also played with the Bobcats in the NBA that season. Three years ago he was drafted by Erie BayHawks (D-League) in first round (7th overall). Higgins attended University of Colorado until 2011 and it is his fourth season in pro basketball.
