CR Vasco Da Gama Rio de Janeiro (Liga Ouro) tabbed 32-year old former Brazilian international center Bruno Fiorotto. He has a double citizenship as he also holds Italian passport. Fiorotto played most recently at Rio Claro Basquete (NBB).
The previous (14-15) season he played at Winner/Limeira. In 37 games he had 8.6ppg, 6.2rpg and 2.2apg in 2014-15 season. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Fiorotto won Liga Americas championship title in 2013.
He was also a member of Brazilian international program for some years. Fiorotto played for Brazilian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2010 and previously for U21 National Team back in 2004. He also represented Brazil at the South American Championships in Colombia six years ago. Fiorotto's team won Gold and his stats at that event were 5 games: 4.6ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.4apg.
Fiorotto has played previously professionally in Spain (Tenerife) and Brazil (Pinheiros, Londrina, Pinheiros and Paulistano).
