CSKA Moscow (VTB) signed 26-year old American guard Cory Higgins. He played last season at Royal Hali in Turkish TBL league. In 29 games he had very impressive stats: 16.0ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.6apg and 1.1spg.
In 2011 Higgins was drafted by Erie BayHawks (D-League) in first round (7th overall).
The former University of Colorado staris in his fifth season in pro basketball. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Higgins played in the final of EuroChallenge in 2014. He was also voted Eurobasket.com VTB League All-Imports Team in 2014.
Higgins has played also professionally in NBA (Denver Nuggets and Charlotte Hornets), Russia (Zenit) and D-League (Erie Bay Hawks).
