CSM VSKC Miercurea Ciuc (Romania-Liga Nationala)  agreed terms with 27-year old French point guard Joris Ortega. Last season Joris played for TSV Oberhaching Tropics Deisenhofen (Germany-ProB) where in 18 games he collected 12.5ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.7apg, 1.0spg. He has played also professionally for several French teams like Hyeres-Toulon and Orchesien BC.
