Virtus Bologna decided to reinforce their roster by adding the 22 year old Serbian guard Danilo Andjusic. Danilo started the 2012/13 season with Partizan Belgrade, playing in the Serbian League, in the Adriatic League and in the Euroleague and averaging 5.8 ppg.
This is actually Danilo's second Euroleague season. Last year he had many great games, specially against Milano, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Real Madrid and Efes Pilsen where he collected 10 points and 2 rebounds. Danilo won the U16 European Championship with the Serbia National League, resulting the best player in the final game. He also won the U18 European Championship, being named the best scorer of the Serbian team and best scorer of the final game.
In Eurocup, he scored 21 pts for Hemofarm in the key-game against Asvel in Villerbane. In 2011, in the Serbian Superleague, he led Hemofarm in the semifinal game against Radnicki Kragujevac, scoring 21 pts in the last quarter. Last season he won both the Serbian Cup and Championship with Partizan.
