The Dominican big man appeared in 9 games during the 2025–2026 campaign, averaging 9.0 points and 8.6 rebounds while shooting 53.8% from the field. Despite missing part of the final stretch due to injury, he showed strong impact in the paint with his physical presence and rebounding ability. Since arriving in December, Acosta has adapted quickly to the system and provided consistency in the frontcourt.
