6'7” small forward Deven Mitchell has been named Player of the Year in the Austrian Bundesliga by Eurobasket. This is a fitting award for a player that dominated the Austrian league with the Arkadia Traiskirchen Lions in his first year out of college. Deven was the league's leading scorer with a 22.0 ppg shooting 55.4% from the “2”, 43.1% from the “3”, 85.6% from the charity line,5.0 rpg, 2.0 apg and 2.2 spg. He was also named by Eurobasket Forward of the Year, Import Player of the Year, All-League 1st Team, All-Import Team and All-Defensive Team.
